NATO Edge 26 operates with a fixed number of exclusive positions. If your organisation is considering participation, whether as an advertiser or sponsor, early engagement with our Event partner (VO Europe) is the practical starting point.

HOW TO BOOK

To reserve an advertising or sponsorship position, visit the web shop and add your preferred option to your cart. You will be guided through checkout, including billing details, order review, and secure payment processing. You can also create a customer account to track orders and view your booking history. To discuss a bespoke arrangement, contact the NATO Edge 26 sales team: Sales-NatoEdge@vo-europe.eu All bookings are confirmed in writing. A confirmation letter and invoice will be issued by VO Europe upon receipt of your booking request. Availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; early confirmation is strongly advised for exclusive positions.

CREATIVE SPECIFICATIONS

Technical specifications for digital and print formats are available from the NCIA team on request. All creative assets must comply with NATO branding and communication guidelines. Submitted materials will be reviewed prior to production.
