NATO Edge 26 operates with a fixed number of exclusive positions. If your organisation is considering participation, whether as an advertiser or sponsor, early engagement with our Event partner (VO Europe) is the practical starting point.

HOW TO PURCHASE

To reserve an advertising or sponsorship position, visit the E-shop and add your preferred option to your cart. You will be guided through checkout, including billing details, order review, and secure payment processing. You must also create a customer account to track orders and view your purchase history.
Your company name will be automatically linked to your account.

All purchases are confirmed in writing. An invoice will be automatically issued by VO Europe upon receipt of your payment.
A confirmation will be sent by the Sales Teams afterward.

Availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; early confirmation is strongly advised for exclusive positions.

CREATIVE SPECIFICATIONS

Regarding technical specifications and dimensions for your items, the Production Team will provide all necessary details via a dedicated task on the FFAIR portal. This task will also be the place for exhibitors to submit their final artworks for validation and production.
All creative assets must comply with NATO branding and communication guidelines.
Submitted materials will be reviewed prior to production.

Legal Framework — Sponsorship & Advertising Extra Services

1. Contractual framework

Sponsorship and advertising items sold on this e-shop are Extra Exhibitor Opportunities as defined in Article 4.15 and Article 8.4(a) of the NE26 Exhibitor General Terms & Conditions of Participation (version I, October 2025) ("GTCs"). These GTCs were accepted by the Exhibitor upon submission of its Application for Participation and confirmed by the Event Partner. They remain the binding contractual framework for any additional order placed on this e-shop, together with the full Rules and Regulations (Article 4.19):

2. Eligibility

Access to this e-shop is reserved to Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors duly confirmed by the Event Partner, established in a NATO Member State (Article 6.1), and acting in a B2B capacity (Article 2.4).

Consumers and private individuals are not eligible.

3. Pricing, VAT and payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR, exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes (Article 9.2 of the GTCs). Taxes will be applied at checkout or on the invoice in accordance with applicable Belgian and Turkish tax rules.
  • Extra Exhibitor Opportunities ordered on this e-shop are payable immediately at checkout by credit card, in accordance with Articles 8.4 and 9.1 of the GTCs. Other payment methods are not accepted on the e-shop.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., acting as payment service provider. The Event Partner does not collect or store credit card data. The Event Partner is not liable for outages, errors or security incidents attributable to the payment service provider (Articles 8.5 and 24.7 of the GTCs).
  • If the payment is declined, incomplete, reversed or subject to an unjustified chargeback, the order shall be deemed not placed and the Event Partner may recover the corresponding amount together with any related banking and administrative costs.
  • Any currency conversion costs, foreign transaction fees or bank charges applied by the Exhibitor's card issuer shall be borne exclusively by the Exhibitor.
  • An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the Exhibitor's registered e-mail after successful payment. The Exhibitor expressly consents to receive invoices in electronic format.

4. Confirmation and non-refund

Orders are binding upon payment. Extra Services are non-refundable, except where expressly provided under Articles 11 (postponement), 12 (cancellation by the Event Partner) and 15 (Force Majeure) of the GTCs. Cancellation by the Exhibitor remains governed by Article 13.

No right of withdrawal (B2B)

The NATO Edge 26 Event is strictly a business-to-business event (Article 2.4 of the GTCs). Orders placed on this e-shop are made by Exhibitors acting in their professional capacity.

The statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers under Belgian and EU law does not apply.

5. Liability

The Event Partner's total aggregated liability in connection with any order placed on this e-shop shall not exceed the total amount effectively paid by the Exhibitor under the Agreement, in accordance with Article 14.2 of the GTCs. The limitations and exclusions set out in Article 14 apply in full.

6. Third-party platforms

Payment and e-commerce services on this e-shop are operated through third-party providers. The Event Partner is not liable for their operation, availability, content or compliance, as per Article 8.5 and Article 24.7 of the GTCs.

7. Data protection

Personal data collected through this e-shop are processed in accordance with the Event Partner's Privacy Policy and with Article 24 of the GTCs (GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 – KVKK, where applicable).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any order placed on this e-shop is governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels (Article 28).

9. Hierarchy of documents

In case of discrepancy between this page and the NE26 Exhibitor GTCs, the GTCs shall prevail.
